Accessibility Statement
Updated on May 19, 2024

The letzbeshop website, operated by Liya Ella Raspberry, places high importance on making its services accessible to people with disabilities. I work diligently to make my website accessible to promote equality and transparency for people with disabilities, as I believe every individual deserves to live with equality, comfort, dignity, and independence.

What is an Accessible Website?

An accessible website enables people with disabilities to navigate with the same efficiency and enjoyment as other users. This is achieved by leveraging the system's capabilities and assistive technologies.

Implementing Accessibility Adjustments

Accessibility adjustments on the website were carried out according to the Israeli Standard 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, level AA, while adhering to the requirements of the Israeli Accessibility Standard and the adjustments stated in its documentation.
The website supports assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation using Tab, Shift+Tab, arrow keys, Enter, and Esc to navigate menus and windows.

Optimal Accessibility

This website is accessible on common browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Edge, Chrome, and supports screen readers like NVDA and Jaws.

Accessibility Measures Implemented

I am committed to ensuring accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. I strive to provide a comfortable browsing experience by following WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA, along with accessibility features from the platforms SHOPIFY and Enable.

Implemented measures include, but are not limited to:

  • ARIA attributes for accessible elements.
  • Alternative text for images and graphics.
  • Text color contrast adjustments for better visibility.
  • Enable plugin controls for adjusting text size, contrast, readable fonts, screen reader support, keyboard navigation, link highlights, and more.
