Let Z be studio

I am Liya Ella Raspberry, the creator and owner of Let Z Be Studio. This is a place where art breaks all boundaries and expands in all the hues of the human spectrum.

The zebra, chosen as the symbol for the studio, is not just an animal with black and white stripes. It is a creature that expands boundaries and establishes its identity in a world that is not just black or white but filled with colors and rich emotional and cultural depth. Similarly, the artworks in the studio and on the website operate within existing frameworks yet break through them in a way that allows them to express themselves uniquely and innovatively. Each piece is a segment of life with which anyone can identify and see their vision reflected.

At Let Z Be Studio, I am deeply influenced by the zebra, which symbolizes not only uniqueness but also the human parallel in it. As zebras live in harmony with their natural and social environment, I see them as a model for inspiration and deep learning about life and human relationships. The zebra teaches us about the importance of uniqueness and personal expression while maintaining a strong connection to the community. Each of my creations in the studio aims to incorporate these lessons into my creative process, conveying emotions and experiences that echo the tension between individuality and belonging, between the individual and the collective.

The artworks on the website and in the studio display a wide range of techniques and styles, each bearing a personal imprint of experiences and feelings. From each piece, one can learn about how life is not just black or white but filled with a puzzle of shades that invite personal and collective reflection.

Each piece I create tells a story, and I am delighted to present my works to you on this site. The pieces you will find here come from the heart and are born from emotion and inspiration, each original, signed, and bearing its own unique fingerprint. The collection includes acrylic and oil portraits presented in an abstract or figurative-expressionist manner, as well as various techniques including manual stencil prints and silk/screen printing.

I believe in a face-to-face encounter with the artwork. To look into its eyes... to experience it... That is why I offer the option for self-collection from my studio here in Israel at any time. This advantage allows for an exciting and authentic experience of receiving a work directly from the hands of the artist who created it and observing the space where the work was born.

I place great importance on the personal story of each work and the individual's connection to it. I believe in the power of art to bring emotions and inspiration with it. I invite you to explore my website and find the perfect piece for you, or you are welcome to visit the studio.
